But here's what resonated with me -
The more I work with clients [and myself], the more I realize the importance of having healthy boundaries, knowing what they are and knowing how to set energetic boundaries to improve, maintain and sustain a healthy life. As an HSP, an Empath [which sometimes are one in the same] and an Energy Healer, it is imperative that I create healthy boundaries that allow me to be the best and highest vision and version of myself in every aspect of my life - spiritual, professional and personal. Over time, I have adopted and adapted several tools that I use throughout my daily practice of Whole Life Living.
Here is a very simple and easy tool to incorporate in your daily practice of Whole Life Living.
Setting an Energetic Boundary Bubble - Visualization
Breathe in..... and out.
Set your intention to utilize this tool in order to create a healthier way of being present in your Whole Life.
Imagine there is a bubble or shell all around you.
See the bubble in your mind’s eye as it encompasses you
360º – above your head.... below your fee..... around your
left side..... and your right...... in front of you....... and behind
you. Breathe in..... and out.
You may choose to visualize this bubble with a
color or you can fill the bubble with white light or a
colored light. Breathe in.....and out.
You are safe in this bubble. The membrane
of the bubble is semi-permeable – only Love
can pass through and into you . Everything else bounces off.
Your emotions stay within it. Only Love passes outward from you.
Take another deep breathe. Feel how protected you feel. See yourself inside your safe bubble.
Breathe in..... and out. You now have a loving Boundary Bubble around you
To sustain your boundaries throughout the day, gently remind your self with little mantras or something similar that resonates with you - "I am safe and surrounded by Love." "I am clear what is mine and I let go of all that is not mine." "I establish good healthy boundaries for myself." "With each breath, I maintain and sustain my healthy boundaries."
Breathe in..... and out.
Creating and maintaining healthy boundaries will allow you to be more loving to yourself, have more clarity in situations, your encounters and relationships, as well as be a loving model for others.
