Here are two affirming meditations that have helped me and I am trusting they will also help you re-member yourself when life becomes too full or you are feeling a bit out of sorts.
The first meditation, Affirming Meditation, is one I wrote and is included in my new upcoming book My Divine Oasis ~ a collection of Sacred Spaces, Places and Meditations.
The second meditation is Water Sound Meditation by theHonestGuys from YouTube. Re-member yourself one breath at a time.
I invite you to create 10 minutes or longer of Sacred Space to simply Breath... Relax... and Re-member. You may want to use a gentle timer or some other way to let you know 10 minutes has gone by. The Water Sound Meditation is much longer [for your enjoyment later when more time permits.] I chose this sound meditation because it is one of my favorites and takes me "right there" immediately. Once you have experienced these meditations together, I encourage you to explore other music and word meditations that resonate with you individually or together.

Affirming Meditation once through before doing. Write or print meditation for easy reference and to include in your sacred time collection.
~ Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
~ DO NOT GO TO SLEEP.
~ Stay conscious and just allow yourself to relax.
~ Take 3 deep breaths. With each breath relax a little more.
~ Read the written Affirming Meditation out loud - no music. Write or print Affirming Meditation for easy reference and to include in your sacred time collection. Breathe....Relax.....Re-member.
[This meditation is beneficial with or without music]
Today[or This Evening], I will be conscious of my physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual posture. I will check in with myself regularly to ensure my posture is relaxed, open and receptive. (breathe...) In doing so, I position myself to consciously respond at a higher vibration bowing and bending to the Holiness of each encounter verses mindlessly reacting and breaking under stress and strain. (breathe...)
I will create Sacred Space inside me and around me where I can sit or lie quietly for 10 minutes and simply breathe.... In this Sacred Space, I will re-member myself. (breathe...) I will relax and allow myself to be fully present in the silence. (breathe...) In the silence, I will listen to the sweet sound of my name (quietly whisper your name). I will listen to who I am. I will listen my intuition. I will listen to my calling. (breathe...)..........
As my 10 minutes ends, I will release all that no longer serves me and say 'YES' to the new.
I am Healed, Whole and Complete!

- Now, play the sound meditation as you read the Affirming Meditation, again, out loud.
- With Sound still playing, re-read Affirming Meditation once more - this time slowly, quietly, with intention.
- Allow the best part of you to gently come forth. Let your breathing be gentle.
- Your eyes can remain open or partially closed.
- BREATHE, and RELAX.
- Re-member your true AUTHENTIC SELF.
- Breathe.... Relax.... Re-member.
And So It Is!
